How we fixed this mess

The existing old house required a huge restoration/rebuild effort due to the wretched condition in which it was. It had been built at the beginning of the 20th century and never seen much maintenance. This required to strip it down and reinforce it from the bottom up.

The posts of this section will feature the activities we performed in order to restore the building and adapt it to the New Build, which include insulating the roof, reinforcing the structure and pouring new concrete on the floor.

Cómo arreglarmos este desastre

La casa vieja existente requirió un esfuerzo enorme para restaurarla/reconstruirla debido al estado deplorable en el que se encontraba. La casa fue construida a principios del sigle XX y nunca tuvo un gran mantenimiento. Por ello tuvimos que desmantelarla y reforzarla de arriba a abajo.

Las publicaciones de esta sección presentarán las acciones que hemos llevado a cabo para restaurar el edificio y adaptarlo a la nueva construcción. Ello incluye aislar el tejado, reforzar la estructura o verter nuevo hormigón en el suelo.
